Refund Policy — Victoria Boutique

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that, at this time, we don't offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How Does a Return Work?
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at:

Our customer service team will review your request, and once your case has been evaluated, we'll get in touch by email offering you one of the following options:

  • Receive a new item identical to the one you ordered.
  • Receive an item of similar value.
  • Receive a voucher for the value of the product to use on a future purchase.

Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled before delivery, as orders are processed immediately to ensure they arrive within the estimated timeframe.

Are Returns Free?
No. At this time, return shipping costs are not covered by Victoria Boutique. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to our warehouse.

How Long Do I Have to Return a Product?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Defective or Incorrect Product
We're really sorry! Sometimes a product can get damaged in transit or be shipped incorrectly.

  • In these cases, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost the first time.
  • If the product arrives defective a second time, we'll issue a full refund of the amount paid.

When and How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method. The process usually takes 6 to 7 business days. Depending on your payment method, the amount may appear immediately or after a short additional period.

Lost or Returned Package?
If a package is lost or can't be delivered due to a logistics issue, we'll send a new order right away.
